REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
 

Returns:

For any purchase made through shopfutbolerfit.com, our return policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days we cannot issue you a refund.

In order for it to be eligible to return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it in.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The refund will be for the cost of the item only. We will not refund the shipping.

Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or we made a mistake on the order. Unfortunately we do not do exchanges for the wrong size of an item. If you need to exchange your order for the same item, send us an email at info@futbolerfit.com. Once we confirm that we have received your email, you can then begin to ship your item.
