FOR THE ATHLETES
WHO KEEP GOING
THE FUTBOLERFIT STORY
ABOUT THE BRAND
FutbolerFit was created for players who understand that development doesn’t stop when organized practice ends.
We believe the best players take ownership of their journey. They find a ball, create a space, and get to work—whether that’s in a backyard, garage, basement, driveway, or empty field.
Everything we create is designed to support that mindset. From our apparel to our Everyday Touches training app and player-development tools, FutbolerFit helps players train with purpose, express their love for the game, and keep moving forward.
This isn’t only a brand for the most talented player on the field. It’s for the player willing to show up, stay consistent, and earn improvement one touch at a time.
OUR STORY
FutbolerFit was founded by former professional soccer player Neil Shaffer.
Growing up outside Pittsburgh, Neil didn’t have access to perfect facilities or private training every day. He trained wherever he could—on the farm, in the basement, in the garage, on local fields, and up the hills around his hometown.
That self-driven work helped take him from a small-town player to Division I college soccer and a seven-year professional career.
But FutbolerFit isn’t built around the idea that every player must become a professional. It’s built around what the game teaches along the way: discipline, confidence, resilience, creativity, and the courage to keep working when no one is watching.
FutbolerFit brings that experience to the next generation, giving young players a brand that represents their ambition and tools that help them take ownership of their development.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to inspire athletes to do more on their own.
We want to make individual development feel exciting, achievable, and rewarding—helping players build better habits, get more touches on the ball, and develop confidence through consistent effort.
We aren’t here to replace teams, coaches, or organized training. We’re here to help athletes maximize everything that happens in between.
Because improvement doesn’t happen all at once. It happens one session, one repetition, and one touch at a time.
Train. Compete. Improve. Repeat.
