FBF60
FutbolerFit is our flagship ADULT fitness class that achieves the perfect balance of HIIT, strength, and endurance training to create a unique, high-energy workout program. In our 50-60 minute workout you will shred calories, gain strength, and work towards becoming a fitter, healthier you.
FBF-ONLINE
FBF-Online offers daily strength, conditioning, and skill training that’s accessible and challenging for athletes of any level or background.
All programs include instructional videos to guide your practice, coaches who will hold you accountable, and a vibrant community that will keep you pushing to unlock your best
FBF-TEENS
The Academy is our YOUTH fitness class targeting teens 13-17 years old. The program directly correlates with our FutbolerFit program, but adapted for the age group. Workouts include power movements, strength movements, as well as HIIT and Endurance Training.
PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer personal training and programming for those looking a more customized approach to our training methodology based off their goals, schedule, and abilities.
