FBF LEAN&MEAN is our monthly training program designed for those with minimal time and minimal equipment, but still want to get after a solid strength and conditioning workout.

So if you are someone who is limited on time and equipment, but still want to look and feel like a lean, mean, and athletic athlete again, then look no further. This program will absolutely do it for you!

PROGRAM DETAILS

MINIMAL EQUIPMENT. MAXIMAL RESULTS.

PROGRAM LENGTH: Monthly Recurring

SESSION LENGTH: 20-40 Minutes

DAYS PER WEEK: PROGRAMMING 5 DAYS/WEEK

SUGGESTION: 3 MANDATORY / 2 OPTIONAL
