WELCOME TO FBF FOCUSED

FBF FOCUSED is our monthly training program designed with the commercial gym setting in mind!

We take our approach to fitness and then put a "focus" on each section of the workout to create a killer program that can be done in almost any commercial gym setting. Whether you are an intermediate fitnesser, or an advanced athlete, this program will have you feeling stronger, looking leaner, and of course, staying all around athletic.

PROGRAM LENGTH: Monthly Recurring

SESSION LENGTH: 40-60 Minutes

DAYS PER WEEK: PROGRAMMING 5 DAYS/WEEK

SUGGESTION: 3-4 MANDATORY / 1 OPTIONAL

MONTHLY: $19/mo
