WELCOME TO FBF ATHLETIC

FBF ATHLETIC is our monthly training program designed for those REALLY  looking to get back to looking, feeling, and/or performing like an athlete again.

We take our approach to fitness and mix it with classic sport performance and strength and conditioning, to create a killer program that can be done in almost any commercial gym setting. Whether you are an intermediate fitnesser, or an advanced athlete, this program will have you feeling stronger, looking leaner, and of course, staying all around athletic.

So if you are an endurance athlete or want to get back to looking and feeling like one, look no further. Get after this program!

PROGRAM LENGTH: Monthly Recurring

SESSION LENGTH: 40-60 Minutes

DAYS PER WEEK: PROGRAMMING 6 DAYS/WEEK

SUGGESTION: 4 MANDATORY / 2 OPTIONAL
